Reviews and comments written for the Speer HP bullet.

I have used the .224" 52 grain HP for well over 30 years. I have tried almost every bullet that is out there and still use this one. Accuracy is outstanding and the explosive effect on prairie dogs is second to none. Coyotes hit in the chest don't know what hit them and the bullets don't exit. I have shot the barrels out of 6 varmint rifles and have yet to see a .22-250 that wouldn't shoot these as good as anything else. Try these and you will be impressed and save some money over the plastic tipped ones that eveyone thinks they need today. Speer has been making these bullets a long time and they have got a winner.
