In my 22 inch barreled 30-06 I use 58.0 grains of H4350 for around 2,900 fps muzzle velocity with the 165 grain HPBT. One hole cloverleafs at 100 yards always. Have shot WT Deer at 50 yards broadside through the shoulders and spine with a complete exit. They are the toughest bullets that Sierra makes in my opinion. Have used them in .300 Win Mags on WT Deer as well. Use the 7mm 160 grain HPBT version in my 7 Mag and 7 STW as well.
