| The problem with Barnes is you find a bullet that they make and one you can shoot well and they discontinue it.

| A sweet shooter! I tested 10 loads with 3 different powders to get an idea of what my .22-250 likes. Shooting the 50 gr VLC, I got groups of .333" with IMR 4320 and .323" with BL-C2. Groups ranged from 1.617" to 0.323" so take the time to vary powder charges then play with seating depth for fine tuning. Shot a 1 gallon glue jug to test terminal performance. Vaporized the jug, and lots of blue glue was left where the jug had been. |
