The 450 Bonecrusher is a wildcat designed by Lee Martin in 2002. The cartridge is based on a 500 Linebaugh, necked down to fit the .458” bullet. This neck down operations creates a 25 degrees shoulder.
The main intention with this new design was to develop a high capacity case that would duplicate the 454 Casull performance, but with less pressure.
With Winchester 296 powder the 450 Bonecrusher can push a 350 grs bullet up to 1700 fps!
