butterflied, tenderized and chickenfried hog backstrap for dinner tonight added some pan gravey with mashed potatoes and some fried okra...no beer because im still on a few pain killers but the meal was good to go....just though I would share

Nothing is better than fried Okra! It is a poor man's oyster. Hit it with a little Texas Pete and you have a meal by itself. Stewed is another animal altogether!
