There apparently have been instances in the past where his web site has gone down for extended periods. According to ICANN/Anywho, the ownership of the web site has not changed, for whatever that's worth. I found one reference that said his fax number was down, but I didn't try it to see. I also found one post giving Jesse's cell number, but I'll PM that to you instead of posting it publicly.
