Does anybody have the rifle. I got my 9 yr one for xmas. What would be a medium load for deer bullet and power. I am going to let him hunt in my bow stands shots will be 50 yds or less. I have win. brass and primers .Ty bt
Try the 95 gr Nosler ballistic tip with a charge from 38.5 to 42.5 grains of Reloader 22 seated to an o.a.l. of 2.710 inches. This is from Nosler #4 manual. I shoot the 42.5 which nosler says is the load for accuracy. shoots 1/2 inch at 100yds in any 243 I have ever shot it in.
